What do I need to bring to a training session? 

For most people goggles are an essential, and most swimmers (especially those with long hair) prefer to wear a swimming hat. We recommend that you also bring a drink with you to each session.

Other bits of equipment that we use are:
  • Pull buoys
  • Kickboards
  • Fins
  • Paddles
But don't worry if you don't have these items as they are non-essential, and a number of people choose to complete the sessions without them.

Can I try Masters swimming first, before I commit? 

Yes. If you'd like to try the City of Oxford Masters Swimming Club, please come along and give it a go. If you'd like more information about trying a session please contact secretary@oxfordswim.com
